Finally made it to Japan. The subway system is impossible to figure out. I've given up.
Not being one of the models (obviously:p), I'm not supposed to be staying at my cousin's apartment, I have to stay away until 8pm.
I did touristy things today, visiting the Meiji Shrine, Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden and Harajuku district.
The Meiji Shrine is a Shinto temple which is dediecated Emperor Meiji and his wife Shoken. destroyed druing the IIWW, it was rebuilt in 1958.
Shinjuku Gardens were beautiful. During the Edo era, the Naito family resided there.
Finally, everyone knows what Harajuku is. Imagine Queen Street and multiply that by 100. The Japanese know how to dress.
