Holaaaaaaaa!
So a slight change of plans. No silvermine. When we found out that it would take 1dqy to get there we just went to Kyoto instead. A quite big city which reminded a lot of London. At least what I saw of it. We got a no e room at the. Heapedt hotel in town ( even cheaper than hostel) the out downside with living at Hotel is the lack of Internet and chance to meet other backpackers. But it was cheap so aaah I don't care really. Not anymore. Now it just feels like I have to get through this few last days and go home. I have a really strong longing for home and my own bed and real food and Angela too (if you hadn't figured that out by yourselves). Anyway. Kyoto is quite famous for all tempels and shit. But what I wanted to see the most was the famous bamboo grove. A bamboo forest where numerous films has been recorded. Crouching tiger. Hidden dragon. Among others. It's hard to describe how it looks. But imagine fishingrods thick as your arm and leg. And that someone decided to putt this down into brown, leaf filled dirt. Imagine them reaching straight up(except for a couple lying sideways) with 0.5-1 meters distance. and 10-15m up they spread out onto a light green golden crown. The sun trying to reach down to the ground. It's truly awesome. Then imagine a couple of Japanese tourists taking photos and the experience is complete!
Anyway I think a photo will tell you more. I'll try to upload one asap.
Talking about photo. My camera broke when it slipped my hand and fell to the floor. So I ivested in a new camera. Waterproof 3meter and drop proof 1.5m for £166 quite nice. Olympus. English menu. I think one of those is almost double price in London/Sweden. It's called" u though" and I already tried to take a photo underwater and it workes. It also has a panorama setting. Which allows you to take 2-3 photos next to eqchother and it will make them into a panorama. Pretty cool but hard to get good pictures. But I guess it's made for views and not hotel rooms. Electronic stuff Is really cheap here and they have electronic stored filled with stuff. Maybe 4-5 floors of stuff. Anything you can imagine. Incredible! Its like heaven. Too bad I don't need anything else. And also slot is just for japan. But it's cool to see anyway. :D
Our last night in Kyoto we went to a restaurant where you put coins into a machine. Got a ticked. Had a seat and they served whatever you bought in the machine. Not too pricy but really nice food and you could eat as much rise as you wanted. :D it's only that my stomach is getting used to not eating that much so I could only eat 2 bowl. :/ I think I've lost weight. Fred has lost even more. Again. Hahahaha is thin now. Ladies forget all diets you read in magazines. Visit japan! And drop 10kg!
So now we're in Nara japan old capital. With a lot of old tempels and parks and old houses and stuff. We got lost in a hughe park earlier todday. Fedde took a wrong stepp and twisted his ankle. Tomorrow we will go a recomended walk if he's okey. Otherwise we might hire some bikes. It's a really nice park btw. Full with dears 1500 of them we read somewhere. Dads paradise? You can get as close as 1m before they run.
Also small romantic lakes where you can hire boats for a romantic ride. Or hire a guy that will drag you in a carrier behind him. Also very romantic. Why am I here with ugly fred? Hahaha. He still hasn't bought me a jaegerbomb as he promised in new Zealand. Untill he does he's not my best friend.
Anyway
