August 12th was for us an exciting day, because our plane from Makassar - Sulawesi would take us to Ambon, capital of Maluku Province. This is what we have been looking forward to for a long time. Floor, via via zag ik je site.... niemand buiten je zelf, vind het interessant om geen ander woord te gebruiken!Het ego tripperige druipt er af! Maar je geniet er zelf wel erg van neem ik aan... Hi travellers Your photos are amazing. Just when I think I get through some of my list of countries to visit, I see photos like these and want to go to Indonesia. Glad you are enjoying yourselves. Hallo Anna en floor, toevallig heet ik ook floor en van het mannelijke geslacht ik wil ff jullie complimenteren voor jullie schitterende site met foto´s waaronder de kai eilanden. ik kom daar oorspronkelijk ook vandaan , dit is een van de mooiste misschien wel de beste site over de kei eilanden die ik heb gezien. ow ya ik wil een kleine correctie toevoegen, Savannah cottages ligt bij het dorp ohoideertawun, dus niet in Ohoililir veel mensen verwarren deze 2 dorpen met elkaar omdat ze dezelfde overeenkomsten hebben in de naam ohoi, maar ook met de andere schiiterende strand bij het dorp ook genaamd met ohoi in de naam van dit dorp Ohoideertutu

Kei Coaster Cottages
Pasir Panjang arguably the best beach on Kei (a difficult choice) - stayed in Coaster Cottages at the north end of the beach - now has its own web coastercottages.com

Pasir Panjang or Ohoidertahun/Savanna?
Agree that Ohoidertahun really has got something, but its not water. Great vistas of sparkling white mudflat for most of the time. Try Pasir Panjang - 3km of proper beach, whispering palms and water even. Plus at least three guesthouses which compete - karaoke with the two at the south (Ngilnoff) end, deep chill at Coaster Cottages at the north (Ohoililir) end.

P Banda or Kei Islands
I only have 5 days. I know it is individual taste but which is recommended? Pulau Banda or Pulau Kei? I am bringing my wife and daughter (11 years old). Would appreciate your input. Thanks.
