Road trip to Medewi, Lovina

We then headed to Medewi a point break in West Bali not much here and there was no beach for Nibby to sit on just rocks but the waves were good, it was hard work climbing over the rocks to get in/out of the sea but worth it!!! 2 days and 3 surfs later we headed to Lovina!!

We found a cool hotel in Lovina it had an open air bathroom was really weird taking a shower and looking at the moon and the stars. There are 3 main highlights to Lovina;
1)Dolphin Spotting which we did twice
2)Handicrafts which we got lots
3)Magic Mushrooms which we passed on

We had two early starts just before sunrise to get out on the sea to see lots of dolphins Nibby got some great photos and I tried and tried to get some underwater ones with very little success.

The handicrafts of real mention are Nibby's new pearl necklace and matching earrings she really looks like a Princess now!!! And they are real pearls nothing dodgy, naught but the best.

The magic mushrooms people everywhere wanted to sell supposedly the best in the world, but we thought best not to, so instead of this Matty went to see a Cock fight and no its not two men with the willies out, instead they tie razor blades to a chickens leg and make them fight to the death and everybody bets on which Cock will win, needless to say Matty did not win but lost all the money he went with, and it was not a trip he would do again!!!
