Buzzing Bangalore

The main idea of coming to bangalore was too see the one day between india and england. The train journey here was 15 hours of pure indian madness, we didnt book the express train which took only 8 hours we went local style stopping at which felt like every station in karnataka or anywhere else they felt like stopping. Arrived early in the morning and went straight to the stadium. Where we picked up some black market tickets for 1500 ruppees each. Found a room about 2mins walk from stadium and 10 minutes city centre for 600 rupees so 300 each not to bad!! Our seats in the stadium were local ones and completly packed. The atmoshpere was awesome especially when england looked like they could win trying to get 198 off 22 overs. Freddie flintoff hit the roof with a HUGE six!!!! he must of put all of his pints from the night before into it! It was one of the best days yet to top it off we had one of the best curries yet in a little local restaurant!! Today is a total different story feeling aweful after consuming coupious amounts of beer last night and not lookin forward to this train journey. Overall bangalore has been the best city yet, with good night life and people adapting to the western style. But 2 days were enough, we have now got a 12 hour train journey to cochin, kerala however we have started hearing calls from the beaches in goa!!!!
