So our quest begins, we leave heathrow to go to Doha to get to hong kong for our first stop. However, it didn't start well as we got stuck in a very hot clammy airport with 20kg on our backs for 3 hours!! We finally arrived in hong kong and had to try and explain to this very small Chinese man who spoke no English to take us to our hotel, a very interesting trip I must say!
We got to our hotel which is very clean and nice. We decided to investigate the town of Kowloon (town which were we are staying). We come across a market which we followed for some fair time and realised we were lost and this market travels on for miles! It took us a good hour and a half to find out where our hotel was. We seem to be very tall compared to everyone here too which is nice to make a difference. The next day we went out for lunch in a restaurant 'sweetheart garden cuisine' which was very nice.

So dinner down we jumped into taxi to ocean park, this is a resort full of shows, rides, zoos etc. we

jumped on the cable car which took us miles in into the air for a view of hong kong which was a bad idea as we both realised half way up we had a fear for heights!

After a long day we headed back to shower and find a old school Chinese restaurant. We got in ordered and no knife or folk was to follow.. Just chop sticks. It must of took us a good hour to finish our noodles with everyone staring at us wondering why these 2 weird English people can't eat properly. However it was beautiful. The only down thing is they speak very loudly, near enough shout when they speak which causes me to jump out my skin every time and think we've done something to upset them!

Off to Fiji tomorrow for island hopping!
