Shanghai's weather has been really weird these days, suddenly very hot, today the tempreture suddenly dropped... caught cold, nose is stuffed, couldn't breath properly ... couldn't sleep!!!

Haven't been able to sleep well for last two weeks, don't know why just couldn't sleep, almost every night fell asleep after 1 or 2 in the morning...

My heart felt so heavy these few days... don't know why !! now got sick, that heavy feeling is getting stronger...
