If you're not hurting after a massage, then you're not getting your money's worth

It's great to get massages but did you know that it's suppose to hurt? Especially if you don't do it as often. They find your knots and attack it. It's a kind-of-getting-your-arm-twisted pain and it lasts for a while, then the next two days you're suppose to be sore.

I went into Shenzheng, China for a massage. ShenZheng is right next to Hong Kong. No, I didn't go to one of those sexy massage parlours to get massaged, I don't even know where they're at. There's a lot of legit, non escort like massage places and you can find them very near the border of ShenZheng. They have a free shuttle service from the train station to restaurants, massage places, shopping centre and so on. I got an hour long foot massage and three hour whole body massage. It is mega mega mega cheap - about 25 USD for four hours of massage. I didn't enjoy it so much because it was truly, truly painful.

I think Shen Zheng is ten times more congested than Hong Kong. The atmosphere and air are not so clean and the traffic is awful, less structured than Hong Kong. Drivers love running red lights and pedestrians love walking against the traffic on the road - not the sidewalk. The good thing is, things are cheaper like groceries, food, electronic gadgets, DVDs etc. Not a place to shop for clothes, accessories and the like though..! I bought this spring onion flatbread. It's salty and it's delicious. I have pictures.
