Our cook gracefully pulled dough into spaghetti-sized noodles.

After looking for La Mien for a weekend a half, on our last day we finally found a pulled-noodle place. The cooks were from the Sichuan region, and so our "not spicy" bowls of soup were spicy enough to induce a runny nose.
