Until next year...

Tonight is my last night in Tianjin because tomorrow I'm taking an early bus to Beijing, and from there I'm flying to Tokyo in the early afternoon. I'm not sure when I'm getting back from Tokyo, actually, but I'll most definitely be back by the 21st. You see, I was going to stay there until the 20th, but one of my wisdom teeth has decided that now, RIGHT NOW is the perfect time to start pushing its way through the gum, so I need to get home sooner. I don't want to buy a new ticket home if I don't have to, so as soon as I arrive at the Tokyo Narita airport, I'll ask them to put me on standby for the next flight home. It's unfortunate because I've been wanting to go to Japan for a while now, but I guess that there's always next year...

Yes, "next year" because I've decided that (student loans/ lenders permitting) I'll come back to study in Tianjin next year too. If I come back next year, I can graduate from college just that much earlier. I'll have to check into this plan of mine once I get back to my home campus, but so far it -seems- possible. I also think that if I get to come back next year, I'll go to Japan for my 10 day trip instead of someplace in China.

Also, on a final note, I've decided to maintain this blog once I get back home. Although this website is called "Travel Blog," I suppose that every where is some where new to some one.
