OMG!!! Guess What?!.... it's still raining ;o)

Yup, you guessed it...MORE rain. And it ain't getting any better. Why didn't anyone tell me it was rainy season in China??? ;o)

SO, as it has been raining uncontrolably here (wakes me up every morning..errr.. early afternoon...) :-O WHAT??! I have nothing else to do! LOL To continue what I was saying...I still haven't got to doing much. I sure have been keeping up to date on my e-mails and chatting that's for sure... well slowly have anyway. Most of the time I just watch a movie. There are tones of them on the cafe's intranet.. it's great. They even have Da Vinci Code... don' t forget I'm in China... lots of new releases to be watched.. if they're not dubbed in Chinese.

My day's go somewhat like this:
Wake up by either thunder and heavy downpour OR the silence of no rain (which is REALLY weird now). If I see (hear) that it's raining, I'll just lie there for another hour or so.. if it's not, I get my coffee ready, drink it really quick and get dressed really really quick and put my shoes on and run out the door, as within probably the next 30 mins or so, it's gonna pour. SO I try and get a quick walk (some excercise) without having to carry an umbrella (which really is starting to get annoying ;o) When I see that the rain is coming, I rush back to the room. Have myself some breakfast (fruit) and then listen to music. YES!! Finally figured out that Martin's speakers DO have the correct connection for my MP3 player.. woohoo! Then I either read (right now it's "Zen & the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance) which is a great read as I have plenty of time to read as it requires it.. many times I have to go over some of those pages. Very interesting read. Recommend it. Been meaning to read it for a while, and with my luck Martin came up to me one day and said here, here's a book for you, it's yours to keep. Good stuff!
Anyway after that I'll probably head to the net cafe, see if anyone love's me and has written to me.. hu-hum... hint hint.. LOL kidding! C'mon I need some entertainment here.. hehehe. Once that is done, if it's still raining, I head back to the room, find something to clean.. there's nothing left, the place is spotless.. LOL Read some more, write in my journal (not that I have much to write about something eventful that happened, BUT I have plenty of time to think about everything, so trust me A LOT of my thoughts go in there.. I'll soon need another journal to write in) Have some lunch (instant noodle cup... I've become VERY lazy) Then hopefully in a few hours I'll be hungry again, so I can go eat at my regular spot by pointing to what I want as veggies in my dish, hoping that it'll turn out ok. I go there all the time as they are accustomed to my charades trying to explain what I want. I give up, and then they give up and just cook me something... it's always good though.

After dinner I go back to the cafe and chat with whomever is up or at work.... not working. Choose a movie and sit back and enjoy. I'm still the net cafe's mascot as everyone still looks up in amazement as I walk in.. hehehe And still dodging the webcams people point at me to show their friends, even funnier, but mostly annoying. Ah, you get used to it.

After that, go back to the room, listen to music and read 'til I get tired. Set up the mosquito net and off I go to dreamland, 'til the next day...wishing it would just be sunny.. LOL

Martin's coming up to Zhuhai this weekend, so it'll be nice to have someone to talk to once in a while. I'll head back to the hotel for the weekend as he arrives tomorrow.

So that's pretty much it. A wrap of what's going on in my life these days... :o)
