After a lovely 11 hour plane ride we landed safely in Beijing. We arrived here a bit after 11pm on Monday night - just as you were starting Monday day. It is now 1:40am, and I have to get to sleep. Going running in the streets of Beijing tomorrow. Then breakfast with the teaching team - I will get to meet the two teachers from Minnesota I am teaching with - and then we have to exchange our currency, and I heard talk of the Temple of Heaven tomorrow.
Stay tuned . . . In the meantime here is my room somewhere in Beijing. Do check out the shower and the view from it to the bed or the bed in the shower! LOL
