1. No, I do not agree because his ideal man is considered "Perfect" and no one is perfect. His ideal man is built perfectly, smart in every subject, good at sports, does not eat alot, have respect for others and does military. I do not think men like Castiglione's description exist today. No man today is considered perfect, they all have some of the traits and characteristics.

2. I believe that Castiglione thought men should live and act the way he described because thats the type of male he believes he is. He has alot of confidence in himself. He wants others to be like how he believes he is. He believes this will help men win a reputation for good qualities.

3. I believe Its better to lead through love. I believe this because If your followers love you, there is a better chance that they will not betray and turn on you. Love will cause them to respect you more as a leader. Leading through fear will cause your followers to follow you just because of fear and not because its not the right thing to do. Fear will cause them to plote to go against you secretly. If your loved, you will have better support in situations.

4. Martin Luther King, he was leading through love. I know he was a leader through love because all of his followers followed him because they all had the same goal, to stop segregation and gain equal rights. They didnt have to follow him in his civil rights movements, they chose too. The effect of this leading style was it caused more blacks to join the civil rights movement and get there point across. More begin aknowlege Martin luther King leadership skills. They loved him, which made it easier for him to get there attention and have them participate in what he wanted to do to get his point across to the whites. Although he died, it was not caused from any of his followers and his goal was accomplished.
