After our last truck day we arrived in our final destination in Africa, the mighty Victoria Falls. We enjoyed our last three nights in our tent camping at Shoe Strings Backpackers before moving to Rest Camp where we spent another four nights. WHAT WE MISSED...YOU GOT IN SPADES
When we arrived at Vic Falls...all cashed up to do all the adrenalin rushes on offer...our cook relieved me of my passport and all my cash...so rafting, zip-line, microlyte, Zim, Botswana...have been left for others. Fantastic you took the plunge...sounds & looks fantastic.

Terrible!
I am so sorry to hear that happened to you! How did they get away with it? We also had a sour end to our African adventure, our backpack was rummaged through and our SLR camera taken from our checked in luggage when leaving from Victoria Falls Airport. Air Namibias policy does not cover the theft of any valuable items and basically said this happens all the time! Very lucky for us that we had backed up our photos!
