Say what you want about Microsoft, I think it’s pretty cool to see a computer geek is trying to make a positive difference in remote Nigerian villages. Someone told me his foundation donates more to HIV/AIDS prevention than the entire US government.

One major issue is the lack of women's power to say no to sex. Especially if it's her husband who has AIDS. The vulnerably of women to this disease is infuriating.
