The end of our trip had come. The plan was to see more of Moz but once in Tofo we decided to just hang out. The beach there is lovely and we met so many nice people! We mostly hanged on the beach and tanned, and played bao!! What a great game. SO easy and yet so entertaining.

Hooked up with a couple of South African guys and they showed us around quite a bit. One day we went to a beach further up the coast and looked for cray fishes but we didn't find any. We saw all the nice luxorious places though.. But I still feel the hut we had at Bamboozi was better. Very close to the beach and under the coconut trees. I love palm trees but they are scary when the wind picks up and you keep hearing these loud noices that the nuts make as they fall into the sand. We NEVER walked under the palm trees. A faling nut could very well kill you.

Most of the time we spent on the beach. Loved the beach! :)

The places we went to eat was the Bamboozi Restaurant and Dino's. Lost coun't on how many times we walked up and down that beach for food, friends and drinks. Because every night was a Dino's night. The atmosphere there is truly great! A visit to Tofo is not complete without Dino's.. :)

We also went whale shark diving. A great feeling to swim next to such an incredible creature. The first day we went out we did not see anything, but on day two we saw a young individual of about 7,5 meters. It feels BIG trust me!

For very nice shopping go to Inhambane, tha market there is great!!

Prices;

Bus Maputo - Tofo 500 meticais p/p
Hut at Bamboozi 275 Meticais p/p/night
Dinner at Fatimas Nest grilled fish 160 Meticas

Party and cozy evenings at home with friends. Real life adventures and online games. Adrenaline and oxytocin. Why be satisfied with one thing when you can have both? ;) We only live once and I intend to enjoy my life to the fullest! =D Sweden - a great co... full info

Almost five centuries as a Portuguese colony came to a close with independence in 1975. Large-scale emigration by whites, economic dependence on South Africa, a severe drought, and a prolonged civil war hindered the country's development. The ruling ...more info
