More pictures from the long trip. Still waiting on the camel shots. Also, here is a poem I wrote while we were broken down on the side of the road.

On doit s'échapper cet enfer,
Suivez les secrets Berber,
Jusqu'au crépescule dans un lac,
Cimes qui supportent le ciel,
Bercent doucement dans les bras,

Hotel 2Although every place we stayed was very nice, Hotel 2: la Kasbah de Toubkal wins the prize.
Rachel and MeThe hat I am wearing is a very touristy Maroc hat I bought in Marrakesh. That being said I find it very endearing.
Hotel 2Here are some pictures just to get a sense of the building.
Hotel 2A view from the bottom, before we hit the road.
Monster! This was a huge bug I found while perusing the fauna while the bus was broken down.
Through the High AtlasThose mountains peaks you see in the distance drop hundreds of feat to rocky ravines. Somewhere in between were the thin roads we bus crept along. I am glad I am alive.
Visiting a Local VillageA lot of people in the group had brought school supplies for this visit to a rural elementary school. It was a hike to get there.
Bahhh! This goat made sure that everyone who passed by it knew that this was his territory. This incident led to a lot of laughs over the course of the next 20 hours we spent on the bus.
Kids at the SchoolThe kids were very excited to see us. I let them have my camera and the went wild for a while. A lot of them have the distinct look of the beautiful Berber people.
