Two Little Visitors

I came home this evening to find two little visitors in my kitchen. God knows how they got in there. I got them out safe and sound but not before scaring them to death by taking a few photos first. They say that Gambia is brilliant for bird watching and they weren't wrong. They're a lot nicer than my lizard friends that usually come to call.

I'm off to The Gambia with the VSO to be a Cluster Primary Teacher Trainer, (or is it a Primary Cluster Teacher Trainer, I can never remember.) I'll be based in Basse Santa Su, the most up river town in The Gambia meaning it's out in the sticks.
