After a great trip around West Africa in 2006-2007, this blog is back due to popular demand! This time, the destination is Australia. I will be studying a Masters of Corporate Environmental and Sustainability Management at Monash U in Melbourne. Stay tuned for all the excitement. :)

Dust storm 1
Anybody seen The Mummy? It is seriously just like that.

This is the storm blowing in over our camp. It is actually pretty violent although this pic doesn't show it.

As the wall of dust gets closer, you basically can't see anything. It's huge!

the term sun "set" actually means the sun has to to set...if their sun is just gonna fizzle perhaps they should consider a name change for the phenomenon, ie "sunfizzle" i thinks it sounds super!
