This is my third visit to Cambodia. But it is also my first romantic escapade to this very fast moving country. We took the lunch flight, 30 minutes in the air from Saigon. Leslie is back to his Mum for the last few days of Summer holidays. Yes, summer holidays are over soon, and our travelling also. My first visit here was back in July 1997, only less than a week after the military coup. At the time, there was not much around, and most of the foreigners where still away from the city. The city has moved quite fast. Most streets are now paved, there are shops all over the place and the river front is enjoying a serious make-up. On the same line, the streets are still crowded with 40++ single men looking for...hope all those guys had disappeared long time ago, but as much as there will be girls and poverty, you'll still have to face sex tourism. The good news is that they are finally trying to get rid of the pedophiles..not sure it works thought!
