traveling through your eyes
Hello Merry, It is so nice to follow your blogs to the marvelous places you and your husband have visited. I can only hope some day I could have such a wonderful experience. I love all of the information and especially pictures. It makes me feel like I am traveling as well to places I may never see. I hope you are truly enjoying yourselves and appreciate this time you have to see the world. You both are truly blessed to have this experience of a lifetime. We all miss you and can't wait to see where your (our) adventures take us next. Hope to hear from you soon. Michelle Falbo

Have enjoyed both the stories, teaching moments and pictures - I can see that the "new job" is a perfect fit for you both! Your pics show you have lost that harried, US worker look! Continue enjoying!

Happy travels
Good info on round the world tickets. Just wanted to add that there is another option that we used and that is going with an air broker. You basically tell them all the places you want to go and in what order and they gather up the necessary tickets. This leaves a lot more flexibilty in your planning because they use all airlines, not just partners. There are no time limits and you can go in any direction you want. After pricing both, it is about the same price as an "around the world ticket". For us this was great because we were flying to some out of the way places and going all over the map. We were really happy with Air Brokers International out of San Francisco. (www.airbrokers.com) Hope your trip is wonderful!

none
What fun!! I decided I was getting tired of Ohio again - like you have lived out of Ohio more than in it and took and job at Cedars Sinai in Los Angeles. Cost of living is through the roof, but I love, love my job. Outpatient cancer clinic - I work exclusively for two doctors four days a week. Biff is with me and the love of my life is Eddie my piebald miniature dashchund.

Sounds like your having fun. If your looking for a place to eat check out Chowhound.com http://www.chowhound.com. It's a blog about places to eat all over the place. Might be fun to try one of them out. Happy Travels!!
